Philadelphus Virginal - Mock Orange - Plant in 9 cm Pot

Philadelphus are widely distributed around the temperate regions of the globe. Virginal is probably the finest of the double Philadelphus. An erect, strong growing shrub that will give excellent results, even on the thinest of chalky soils. Abundant large double white flowers are produced in June and July, which like most of the Philadelphus, come with a strong heady fragrance! Easy to grow in a full sun or semi shade location in most moist, free draining soils. Can be used in a mixed planting or as a stand alone specimen in the garden or can easily be grown in a pot or container. If it becomes to large it can easily be cut back in spring. When growing in a pot or other container. Use a good quality compost. We recommend Osmoscote pro 8-9 month applied in spring. One application gives all the nutrients the plant requires for the whole year.
