Lavendula x Intermedia Phenomenal - Lavender - Plant in 12 cm Pot

Introduced from the Mediterranean area in the 16th century, Lavender has become a well established, well known and well loved plant with many different varieties and cultivars. Lavandula x intermedia Phenomenal is a a superb plant with a number of additional qualities when compared with the more traditional varieties. Phenomenal is a prolific producer of flowers and often repeat flowers later in the autumn, it is particularly heat and humidity tolerant and does not die back as much in the winter. A compact bushy plant with aromatic grey green leaves, it produces tall flower stems of highly fragrant, bright violet blue flowers. A beautiful plant. Easy to grow in most well drained soils, fertile or poor, in a sunny to light shade location. Can be used in a mixed planting or as a stand alone specimen in the garden or can easily be grown in a pot or container. When growing in a pot or other container.
